  • Domestic shipments within the US take between 3 to 7 business days. International shipments may take 10 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your location at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders of 4 or more items.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for any delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect shipping information.

  • We offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your product, provided the item is in its original condition and unused.

  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • Damaged or defective products must be reported to us immediately with photos and your order number.
